Role: UX Designer

As a full stack UX designer you will model design strategy, conduct research, study user behavior, and frame structural and detailed design solutions that are both usable and desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build detailed design strategy to solve time-bound, complex business problems
• Strategize research models, execute, and report findings and inferences
• Ideate, validate, and conceptualize structural and detailed designs
• Assist central and distributed teams as needed and promote one brand theme
• Work in collaboration with designers, product managers and practice heads
• Audit for usability, persuasion, trust and optimize user journeys
• Design and steer innovative and out of the world solutions
• Evangelize usability, user experience, set standards and processes

Looking for someone who

• Has working knowledge of ethnography research, ecosystem study and controlled experiments
• Has experience delivering for complex design projects that are innovative and channel pervasive
• Is detail-oriented
• Designs feasible and well thought solutions and drive end to end design decisions.
• Knows to bring consensus amongst stakeholders and fellow practitioners
• Knows designing pervasive information architecture, ecosystem models, detailed user journeys and prototypes
• Has hands-on experience using adobe suites and other design specific industry-standard tools
• Is familiar with lean design execution and methodologies
• Is familiar with the concepts of localization, brand, content strategy, color theory, typography, iconography, and rapid prototyping
• Has exhaustive and up to date knowledge of design and usage trends, UI patterns and design nomenclature.
• Has a good understanding of HTML and CSS

Qualification

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, interaction design, and related stream (or) equivalent practical experience
• Certified in usability and user experience is a plus
